В общем и в первой и во второй проге разработчики отморозились расплывчатыми выражениями , типа там что то среднее и сильно различается , а сами значения времени до конца забега берутся из статистики , которую они по ходу сами и собирали .
Остаётся только собирать...
Хоть бы 2D графику на бетфаире прикрутили , а то показывают видео , бежит табун и ни какого толку .

Какие минуты ? Весь забег 1m к примеру длится 1мин. 50 сек.
Бывает счетчик инплея иногда барахлит , так надо разбираться . К примеру с 1:05 перескочил на 12:50 , это по ходу вдруг начало учитываться время с объявленного старта .
Было недавно , что время продолжало идти с объявленного старта , а инплей так и не начался , а по кэфам было видно , что уже инплей идет , так мне ставку вернули , так как стояла отмена при переходе в инплей , а инплейщик уснул .
Мерить время закрытия мы будем так же от начала старта , но не жестко через Х сек. , а кому как надо в зависимости от длины забега .
Допустим 6f надо закрыть через 35 сек. , так 1f выставить =6 сек. и будет закрытие через 36 сек .

Ну о минутах конечно же фигурально было сказано (прежде всего, о длинных забегах с препятствиями), но даже на забегах типа 1m может быть разброс времени секунд 20. Поэтому и спросил, есть ли в этом смысл?
И под закрытием что имеется ввиду? Уравнять все неуравненные ставки по текущей цене?
